修复角色头像：改用半身像，不再用被压扁的全身图

马格及之后的角色（奈叶香、亚里沙、可可、梅露露、月代雪、蕾雅等）技能列表头像改回 manosaba 半身像裁成 512x512 方形；
全身立绘仅保留在 README 补充展示区。
